Delicious ginger lemonade...

Delicious ginger lemonade

Ginger is great for circulation and digestion. It also makes a delicious summary drink:

70 g of fresh ginger, peeled

Juice of 3 lemons

Litre of water

1/3 cup maple syrup

Whizz together the ginger, juice and water. Strain the liquid into a jar and add the maple syrup and shake well. Serve with ice.
