What are Essential Oils?

How do I use Essential Oils?
Aromatically - Certain essential oils, when diffused or inhaled can be very stimulating, whilst others can be calming & soothing. Diffusing can also purify the air of unwanted odours & some airborne pathogens & support breathing.
Topically - Easily absorbed by the skin, 1 drop can service every cell in your body. From the bottoms of your feet it can nourish your bloodstream within 30 seconds, reaching every cell in your body in approximately 20 mins!
They can be applied to the feet, ears, temples, chest, back of the neck & the problem areas. For sensitivity and use on children, dilute with a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil (remains as a liquid).
