Spiced fish with tahini courgettspaghetti
Spiced fish with tahini courgettspaghetti
Serves 4
4 firm fish (I used Hake)
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp corriander seeds
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp freshly ground pepper
4 Courgettes spirilised
Sauce
80g tahini
1 tsp Harrissa, sumac or other spice
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
1. Mix all the spices in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle and grind to a fine powder. Mix in salt and pepper.
2. Coat the fish in the spice and cook in the coconut oil for a few minutes each side.
3. Mix all ingredients of the sauce and either mix with raw or steamed (2 mins) spiralised courgette
.
4. Serve the fish on top and enjoy. v
